Dave's Super Veggie Saute' with Potatoes

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth12 Yukon Gold Baby Potatoes2 Cups Baby Carrots, whole2 Cups White Mushrooms, sliced2 Cups Yellow Squash (1 - 7" long), chopped2 Cups Red Onion (1 Medium), chopped2 Cups Green Pepper (1 large), chopped1 Cup Broccoli Stalks, chopped1 tsp. RosemarySalt and Pepper to taste
In a medium-size pot add water to boil 12 potatoes cut in half or quartered, until soft, approximately 10 minutes.
Add chicken broth to frying pan and add potatoes cut side down. Then add carrots, onion, green pepper and broccoli and saute' over medium heat for 5 minutes covered. Add squash and mushrooms, stir and continue to cook until carrots and broccoli are soft, cooking covered, approximately 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
