Ground beef madras

Ingredients
250 grams fresh mushrooms1 large zuchini2 large onions12 oz ground beef 93% lean1 large carrot (about 100 grams)100 grams creme fraiche light1.5 tbsp madras currypowder2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Dice the zuchini, onions, carrot and mushrooms.
Heat pan and bake beef lose and until brown.
Add carrots and onions and bake them with the ground beef. Add madras currypowder and stir.
Add zuchini and mushrooms. Let cook while stirring for aout 5 minutes. Then add some water, put lid on an and let simmer until vegetables are done.
At last add the creme fraiche and stir it for the last time.
