Ingredients
1/2 banana1 med grapefruit1/4 c strawberries1/4 c blueberries1/2 c unsweetened almond/coconut milk1 med Granny Smith apple (incl. skin)1Tbs lemon juice
Directions
Blend fruit (not including banana) in Ninja type Blender to pulverize fruit skin/pulp for smooth smoothie refrigerate in zip lock bag- remove air. When ready to drink add milk and banana to 1c of fruit mixture
