Ingredients
Chicken, garlic, ginger, curry powder, jalapeno
Directions
Saute ginger, garlic, and jalapenos in olive oil until garlic is browned. Add chicken, chopped in bite-size pieces. Add some water, and the curry powder. (Additional turmeric and paprika can be added here if desired). Cook until chicken is done, adding water as necessary to keep it saucy and moist.
