Water, 1 cupSpelt Flour, 3-1/4 cupSugar, 3 tbspSalt, 1 tspDry Milk, 1-1/2 tbspButter, 2 TbspCinnamon (Ground), 1 tspActive Dry Yeast, 1.5 tspSun-Maid Zante Currants, 3/4 cup
Place all ingredients in the bread machine according to the machine manufacturer's instructions. Typically this means water first, spread flour on top of water, then all other ingredients, except yeast and currants, along the sides. Make a well in the flour to place the yeast. Close and turn on the machine. Add currants when the machine alerts you for the add cycle. This should be about 10 minutes after kneading starts.
