Pico de Gallo with Tomatillos, 1/4 cup serving

Ingredients
6-8 plum tomatoes, 1/4" dice10 tomatillos, rinced, 1/4" dice1 red or sweet onion, 1/4" dice1 jalapeno pepper, minced finelyjuice of 1 lime2 tsp coarsely ground sea salt1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
Directions
Mix tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, and jalapeno together. Juice 1 lime over salsa, add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate at least one hour to meld flavors.
