Ingredients
*Boulder Sausage - German Link 16 oz pkg (5 serv), 5 serving (remove) Cabbage, red, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5" dia) (remove) Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove) Bacon, pork, microwaved, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove) Apples, fresh with skin, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove) *Fresh sweet onion, 50 gram(s) (remove) Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove) *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove) Honey, 2 tbsp (remove) *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp (remove) *Caraway Seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Soak cabbage in ice water after shredding. Cook diced bacon and diced onions. Add cabbage and apple and meat. Pour sauce over top . Bake in covered casserole for 1.5 to 2 hours.
