Low Carb Crepes

Ingredients

3 large eggs2 Tbsp almond flour1/4 oz. almond milk2 tsp equivalent liquid splenda1 Tbsp oil1/8 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Set aside.
2. Heat a nonstick pan over low heat and grease with butter.
3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan and gently swirl to coat bottom.
4. Cook until the top just begins to set, then flip and cook for another 15 seconds.
5. Remove from pan to cool.
6. Serve with whatever toppings that you desire.
Serving Size: Makes 4 8 inch diameter Crepes.
