Pepper beef goulash

Ingredients
1/2 C water1 - 6oz can tomato paste2 TBSP cider vinegar1 envelope sloppy Joe mix1 pound beef (sliced for stir fry OR chunks for stew)1 celery stalk cut into 1/2" pieces1 med bell pepper cut into 1/2" chunksThis goes well over rice or noodles, even some pasta shapes, like bowties or spirals
Directions
Put everything but the meat into your crock pot, stir fully then add in beef. It will seem thick but water from the veggies will be sweated into the pot and all will be fine.
If your staying at home this can be done on high in 3 - 4 hours
