Avocado Banana Bread ( variation of recipe from Aldi's)

Ingredients
3 mashed bananas1 mashed avocado1/4 cup unsalted butter3/4 cup sugar1 Large egg1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cups flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350
2. mash bananas & avocado together
3. in separate bowl: Combine sugar & butter.
Add egg & vanilla mixing until thoroughly combined.
4. in separate bowl: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda & mix it well.
5. Add flour mixture to egg mixture & stir until almost completely mixed together, then add to the banana & avocado mixture.
6. Pour into lightly greased pan
7 Bake 1 hour.
Let cool before slicing.
