Kale, 2 cup, chopped into bite-size piecesNature's Way Pure Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 1 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbspLime Juice, 0.5 lime yieldsGarlic, 1 cloveGinger Root, 1 tspDiamond Sliced Almond, 0.125 cupFeta Cheese, 0.5 oz
- finely chop garlic and ginger
- combine olive oil, lime juice in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
- combine garlic, ginger, coconut oil into frying pan over medium heat. Saute for 2 minutes.
- add kale & mix/coat with coconut oil thoroughly & saute until kale turns a vibrant green
- transfer kale into the bowl with the olive oil/lime dressing & coat thoroughly.
