My Potato Soup

Ingredients
Directions
4 cups water4 potatoes3 cups onion2 cloves garlic, peeled2 bay leaves2 cups fat free half and half1 cup chicken broth, (fat free)1 tablespoon curry powder1 tablespoon chives, chopped1 package fat free hotdogssalt and pepper to taste (optional)
In a big sauce pan start the water boiling.
Add everything into the water as you go along.
Peel and shred potatoes.
Chop up onions into bit sizes.
Peel and press garlic.
Add chicken broth.
A curry powder (I like just enough to change the color to yellow.)
Chop up chives. (Normally just do the whole container.)
There are vegetarian hot dogs that are not to bad. Cut them up into small pieces and add them.
I normally don't add any salt but like plenty of pepper for that spice kick.
Serving Size: 1 cup servngs
