one pot mozzarella spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey1 med sized bell pepper1 med sized onion1 zucchini1 summer squash1 TBL garlic1 16 oz spaghetti noodles1 1/2 c reduced calorie shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 c grated parmesan cheese1 28 oz can diced tomato (petite)1 c water1 pkg Italian seasoning1/4 tea salt 2 TBL red wine vinegar
Directions
brown ground beef (or turkey) in large skillet, drain and rinse, return to skillet add garlic, bell pepper, onion, saute until vegetables are soft about 5-7 minutes, add zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes, water, Italian seasoning and spaghetti cover and cook on high heat until it starts to boil, reduce heat and cover, stirring occasionally until pasta is done 15-18 minutes. remove from heat stir in remaining ingredients, let cheese melt and serve.
