Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 small onion, diced1 green pepper, diced1 T. chopped jalapeno peppers2 16-oz can tomatoes, diced1 16-oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 16-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained2 T. chili powder1 T. cuminSalt and pepper and hot sauce to taste.
Directions
Dice onion and peppers
Heat oil in pan.
Add the onion and peppers, cook until onion is translucent.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook over low heat 15-20 minutes.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Top with hot sauce if desired
