1 medium onion, diced2 stalks celery, sliced1 green pepper, diced 1 cup water4 cups cooked pinto or red beans(I cook beans in big batches and freeze in four cup servings)1/2 lb extra lean ground beef1 pkg club house hot'n'spicy chili seasoning2 cups canned or fresh tomatoes, diced.
In large cook pot, bring water to boil, add onion and celery, and cook until tender. Meanwhile cook ground beef in fry pan with no oil just until lightly browned, and cooked through. Add with green peppers, beans, chili seasoning and diced tomatoes and simmer until flavours blend. Add more spice to suit your tastes.
