Smooth & cheesy good omelet

Ingredients
Olive oilMushroomsHot green pepper (opt)BasilCottage cheeseEggs
Directions
Saute mushrooms and peppers. Add the basil. Beat the eggs and place in medium sized oiled skillet. Flip when semi-solid.
Pour in the mushroom mixture. Add the cheese and fold. Cook until firm. Add pepper to taste. Serve warm.
