Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, 90% lean3/4 c. diced onion3/4 c diced celery3/4 c diced green bell pepper2 cloves garlic, minced2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato puree1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained1(15 ounce) can cannellini beans with liquid1/2 t chili powder1/2 t dried parsley1 t salt3/4 t dried basil3/4 t dried oregano1/4 t ground black pepper1/8 t hot pepper sauce
Directions
Brown, then drain, ground beef.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
