Cheesy Roasted Pepper Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
Kroger homestyle 6 cheese pasta sauce, 1 jarPero Family Farms mini sweet peppers, 18 peppersKroger Cottage Cheese- small curd, 0.5 cupSeasonings to taste (I use garlic powder and cayenne pepper)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place peppers on a foil lined baking sheet. Coat lightly with cooking spray. Roast peppers for 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Once peppers are roasted, let cool for a few minutes and then pull stems off. Chop peppers and place into sauce pan. Pour jar of sauce in. Stir in cottage cheese. Heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
