Minestrone soup (by MIRMADOU)

Ingredients
- Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)- Campbell's Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)- Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, - 2 cups diced (remove)- Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)- Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)- Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)- Moose Meat, 4 oz (remove)- Julienne Soup Mix, 1 cup (remove)- Marchand Beef Soup Base, 1 tbsp (remove) * * Other beef soup base can be used* 41.6 cal. Per serving
Directions
Sauté vegetables about 5 minutes. Add vegetable broth, cook about 20 minute. Add water and beef soup base, once it boils add rice cook 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, moose meat and soup mix. Cook about 30 minutes.
