Chocolat-Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree2 eggs 2 fl oz soy milk of choice 2 tbs vanilla extract2 tbs ground apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup sugar free syrup2 tbs ground ginger2 tbs ground cinnamon 2 tbs ground cardamon1 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Mix the first 6 ingredients and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients in a different bowl and then, mix both preps.

Cook for about 20 min or until a knife inserted in the middles comes out clean.
