Easy Chicken Korma

Ingredients
30ml Olive Oil450g Boneless Chicken Breast (cubed)1 Medium Onion (sliced)295g Cream of Mushroom Soup300ml Water45g Curry Sauce
Directions
1. Heat oil in large saucepan and gently fry chicken and onion for 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring regularly.

2. Stir in soup, water and curry sauce. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
