Ingredients
1/4 cup Augason Farms Vegetarian Meat Substitute Chicken (flavored)1/4 cup Augason Farms Vegetable Stew Blend50 grams rice Stick Banh Pho noodles1 cup Pacific Natural Foods Low Sodium Organic Vegetable Broth1 cup water
Directions
Add the broth, water, dried vegetable stew blend, dried vegetarian meat substitute. Bring it to a boil. Break up the rice stick noodles and add to the boiled broth. Cook until the vegetables and noodles are cooked. The broth and water will evaporate. It becomes more like a pasta.
