Granulated Sugar, 1 cupHoney, 1 cup Canola Oil, 1 cup Egg, 3 large Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree, 1 can, 15 oz. Gluten Free Flour Blend, 3 cups Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1Tblspn
Preheat Oven to 350
Combine sugar, oil, and eggs
in a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients together
add dry ingredients to the wet
pour into 2 greased muffin pans, or 2 greased loaf pans
bake at 350 for 30 minutes for muffins, 75 minutes for loaves
Serving Size: Makes 26 muffins, or two loaves
