stove top Spanish green beans and rice

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbspOnion Red 1/2 medium rawGarlic, 4 cloveBrown Rice- 8 cup cooked(4 cups dry)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepperGreen Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cupCanned Tomatoes, 4 cupBEAN GREEN FRESH 4 cupswater 2 cupssalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, jalapeño, rice. lightly brown. Then add chilies, tomatoes, bite size green beans and water. Stir. Bring to boil. Then simmer 20 minutes or until rice and beans are desired softness.
