Butternut squash kale garlic pasta

Ingredients
2 cups butternut squash cubed2 cups kale5 cloves garlic2 tbsp extra light olive oil4 oz fettuccine 2 tbsp grated Parmesan Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Roast butternut squash cubes at 450 for 45minutes
Sauté garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes
Add kale in bite sized pieces
Sauté until kale has wilted
Cook fettuccine according to package directions
Mix all ingredients, add ground pepper and grated parmessan

Serving Size: Makes 2 large servings for a one dish meal
