tropical white fish ceviche

Ingredients
2 oz white fish1 tbsp red pepper1 med onion1 tbsp cilantro dash salt 1 whole lemon
Directions
first cut the fish in small dice and squeeze the lemon on top of the fish, finely chop all the rest of the ingredients and add salt and mix all together , let it rest for a least 2 hrs and serve
