Mama's Unstuffed Green Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup Canned diced tomato, no salt added1.0 cup Hunts sauce tomato sauce no salt added2.0 tbsp diced onion16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck3.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup green giant cauliflower rice
Directions
Brown, adding garlic during the last minute, so as not to burn it. In bowl combine meat/garlic mixture with all other ingredients. Turn into a greased/sprayed dish. I use a loaf pan. Cover with foil & bake 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is cooked. Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6 Servings
