Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 cups cooked navy beans1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, canned in water, drained and rinsed well1 10 oz package of frozen spinach or 10 cups fresh spinach1/4 cup nutritional yeastPinch of nutmegSea salt to tasteOlive oil to taste(optional)
Directions
Put beans, nutmeg, salt, nutritional yeast and olive oil(if using) in food processor and process until a fine paste forms. Then add artichoke hearts and spinach and pulse chop until dip is to your taste- not too fine, not too chunky.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2 Tbsp servings.
