Chocolate Chunk Cherry Berry Bliss Ice Cream

Ingredients
Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Strawberries, fresh, 10 medium (1-1/4" dia) Splenda, 12 teaspoons (6 packets)Maraschino cherries, 10 cherry (NLEA serving) Silk Soy Milk, Light Chocolate, 1.75 cup Hershey's Bliss 6 pieces, 2 serving
Directions
1. Combine egg, cream, splenda, vanilla and milk in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Put 5 cherries and 5 strawberries into a food processor and process until liquid. Add cherry/strawberry mixture to other ingredients. Finely chop the remaining 5 cherries, 5 strawberries and chocolate and set aside.
2. Pour mixture into the freezer can of a 2-quart ice-cream maker; mix according to manufacturer's instructions. Add the cherries, strawberries and chocolate to the ice cream when there are 5 minutes left.
Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe sealed container. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
