Tiramisu - Low Calorie/Low Fat/Low Sugar

Ingredients
1 - 1oz. box- Jell-o Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake instant Pudding1 - 1.5oz box - Jell-o Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla instant Pudding2-1/2 cups skim milk2 cups of Cool Whip Lite2 oz. Cream Cheese2-1/2 Tbsp instant coffee1/2 cup hot water1 Tbsp cocoa powder (if desired)
Directions
Put both boxes of pudding, cream cheese, milk and Cool Whip in mixer and mix until smooth and fluffy. Place in refrigerator for about 5 minutes, so that it can set up.

Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and set aside.
Take ladyfingers, which should be split in half, and put one layer on bottom of small casserole dish, with cut sides up. Take 1/2 of coffee mixture and pour or spoon over ladyfingers.

Take pudding out of refrigerator and put 1/2 smoothed over ladyfingers.

Use other 1/2 of ladyfingers and soak with remaining coffee then layer with remaining pudding mixture.
Dust with cocoa powder, if desired.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to stay set up until ready to serve!

Serving Size: Approximately 10 - Depending on method of serving.
