Penne Pasta with Ricotta and Peas

Ingredients
1 14.5 oz box of Barilla Protein Plus Penne Pasta1 cup Frozen Peas1 1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese1 T. Olive Oil
Directions
Cook past in salted boiling water according to package direction. In last minute of cooking time add cup of frozen peas to the water. Drain the pasta and peas and reserve 1 cup of cooking water.
Place the pasta and peas in a large bowl. Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil and ricotta cheese and toss with the hot pasta to combine. Cheese will be a chunky consistency. If a looser consistency is desired, add pasta water a little at a time as needed. Season with salt and pepper.
