Ingredients
-8 Bullion Cubes, Chicken-8 Cups Of Water-4 Cups Of Kale, Chopped And Stem Removed-2 Medium Potatoes, Sliced 1/2" Thick, Skins Left On-3 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced-Hot Italian Sausage, 1 Lb. Ground Or 3 Links (Casing Removed)-3 Teaspoons Crushed Chili Pepper Flakes-1 Medium Yellow Or White Onion, Sliced 1/4" Thick-1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
In a medium sized skillet add the italian sausage, garlic, and crushed pepper and cook over medium heat until sausage in done. Pour onto a paper towel and pat grease out. Set aside. In a soup pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the cubes in and boil until dissolved. Add in the potatoes, onions, and sausage. Turn the heat down to medium low and let cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the onions and potatoes have softened. Add in the kale and heavy whipping cream and stir well. Serve immediately.
