Jalapeno Sausage Dip

Ingredients
-1 Pound Hot Sausage-2 (8 Ounces Each) Cream Cheese, Cubed-4 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese (About 12 Ounces)-1 Cup Sour Cream (8 Ounces)-1 Can (4 Ounce) Chopped Green Chilies-1 Can (4 Ounce) Diced Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink. Break into crumbles while cooking. Transfer to a paper towel and pat the grease out. Transfer to a 3 quart slow cooker. Stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, chilies, and jalapeno. Cook, covered, on low for 3 hours or until heated through. Stir before serving.
