Coleslaw with Sugar-Free Dressing

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Splenda1 Tbsp + 1 tsp flour1 tsp dry mustardPinch of salt1 egg, beaten1/4 cup vinegar3/4 cup water1 Tbsp butter1 cup mayonnaiseColeslaw mix (2lbs)
Directions
Thoroughly mix Splenda, flour, mustard, salt and egg, set aside. In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, water and butter. Bring to a boil. Add flour mixture and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat & beat well. Add mayonnaise and beat again.

Serving Size: Makes 20 cups of coleslaw
