Low Calorie No-Bake Chocolate Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)1 stick Butter, unsalted1 tbsp Vanilla Extract3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1 cup (16 tbsp) Jif Whips Creamy Peanut Butter1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened2 cups (96 tsp) Xylo Sweet (Xylitol)
Directions
In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonful's and let cool and harden.
