Homemade Granola

Ingredients
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled, raw, unsalted 1/2 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup flaked coconut2 cups whole rolled oats1/2 honey1/3 olive oil2 T cinnamon 2 cups Reduced Sugar Craisins
Directions
Spread into a greased baking pan
Bake at 300 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned
Stir mixture halfway through to bake evenly
Remove granola from oven and turn it out onto a piece of foil
Once it has cooled, break it apart into clumps as big or small as you want.
