1 Cup Butter (Soft)1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla1 Large Egg1 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum1/4 Cup Zero Calorie Sweetener (Stevia)2 Cups All Purpose Gluten-free Flour (Cuisine Soleil)
Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C)
1.Cream butter and sweetener together.
2. Beat in egg.
3. Blend in Vanilla Extract.
4. Add Flour and mix well.
5. Drop on cookie sheet and press with fork.
6. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 16 - 18 Cookies
