Ingredients
2/3 can of polar Premium Coconut Milk5-6 Chicken Thighs2/3 Jar of PATAK's Jalfrezi Curry Simmer Sauce3 TBS Vegetable Oil
Directions
Cut up chicken thighs to desired size. I like cubes.
Sautee lightly in oil.
Drain
Return chicken to skillet, turn heat to medium
Pour in jar of curry + can of coconut milk
Mix until bubbling
turn down to low and simmer 10 minutes

Serve with sizes
