Egg Muffins with Sausage and Cheese

6 Brown Eggs6 Jenny O Lean Turkey sausage patties3/4 cup finely chopped onions Butter Flavor Non-Stick SprayCoak a large skillet with the non-stick spray and cook onions and sausage until done. Be sure to stir frequently and break up the sausage patties as they cook. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with silicon liners and spray the inside of the liners with the butter flavor cooking spray used in the skillet. Mix the liquid ingredients in a bowl with a pouring spout. Fill the muffin cups with the dry ingredients and then pour the liquid ingredients over the dry, poking with a fork to be sure egg mixture is distributed. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes until the muffins raise and are bown on top.
Cook sausage and onions and distribute evenly between 12 silicon muffin liners in muffin pan.
Top with cheese
Beat liquid ingredients and distribute among muffing tins.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes until raised and top is brown
