Zuppa Kale Soup

Ingredients
1 lg onion chopped12 oz hot Italian Sausage bulk12 oz sweet Italian Sausage bulk4 or 5 Yukon Gold Potatoes diced1 32oz box Kitchen Basic Chicken Stock2 cups water1 TBLS Oregano1 TBSS Balis1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1.5 cups Half & Half
Directions
Saute onion and sausage till all pink is gone. Drain and add potatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add Chicken stock and cook till potatoes are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add kale and continue to cook 10 more minutes. Turn off heat and add half & half just before serving
