Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
4 whole wheat Nature's Own sandwich rounds1 mashed avocado1/2 c chopped tomato1/2 c chopped onion2 T peppercorn ranch1 c shredded cheddar
Directions
Combine avocado, tomato, and onion in a bowl
Place bread halves close together on a cookie sheet
Top each half with the mixture, dressing and cheese
Broil 5 min or until cheese is bubbly
