Quinoa & ground Beef (better than Hamburger Helper)

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef1 cup cooked Quinoa3 cloves Garlic, chopped1/2 Onion, chopped1 tsp Canola Oil1/4 tsp NoSaltMrs. Dash to taste1 can Diced Tomatoes1 can cut Green Beans (drained)
Directions
cook ground beef in 10 inch skillet, add Diced Tomatoes,
in another skillet cook the chopped onions and garlic in hot Oil, add cooked Quinoa,
when heated combine everything in one skillet and stir. Add 1 can of cut green beans. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
