Flan

Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar1/4 cup water5 egg yokes2 eggs1 can evaporated milk 12oz1 can sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup whole milk2 TBLS vanilla extrac1/2 tsp salt
Directions
put sugar in heavy bottom sauce pan and swirl over med high heat till redish brown. Add 2 TBLS hot water and continue to swirl till stops splattering. Pour into bottom of 3X9 loaf pan. Set aside. Blend all other ingredients together and strain into loaf pan. Place pan in water batch and bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 300 or until internal temp reaches 180. Remove from oven and allow to sit in water bath till oompletely cool. Place in fridge overnight.
