1 - 2 15 oz cans of low sodium chickpeas1/4 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic1/2 tsp Spike seasoningsGround black pepper1/2 tsp kelp powder1-2 tbsp of Follow Your heart Grape seed veganaise1/4 tsp dill weed
drain and rinse the chickpeas
pulse or chop the chickpeas in food processor to your desired texture
in a bowl add chopped red onion and celery
kelp powder
garlic, spike, pepper and dill
then mix in the grape seed veganaise
