Tami's Coconut Creme Pie

Ingredients
Ingredients:Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1.5 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, .2 cup (remove)Egg Yolk, 3 large (remove)*imitation vanilla flavoring, 6 tsp (remove)Coconut, sweetened, 1.5 cup (remove)*Pillsbury 9-inch pie crust (ready made), 27 gram(s) (remove)Cool Whip (Lite)
Directions
Slowly bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Temper egg yolks before adding to pot. On low heat, stirring constantly, cook until it thickens. Add vanilla then coconut. Pour into a prepared pie crust. Refridgerate until cool. Top with cool-whip and toasted coconut.
