Ground beef 1 lb Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup - 1 can1 can water1/4 cup onion, chopped1 large raw potato, cut into chunks1 cup whole kernel corn with liquid from can
Brown hamburger, onion and diced potato in a large pan. Add cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of water measured from soup can, corn and corn liquid.
Allow ingredients to come to a boil and turn heat to simmer. Simmer for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are almost soft.
