Chicken and veggie chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground chicken4 onions, chopped2 cups prepared or canned black beans3 cups prepared or canned kidney beans1 small can tomato sauce2 small cans tomato paste2 packages chili seasoning1 tbsp garlic powder or to taste
Directions
Cook ground chicken with onions until cooked through. Add garlic powder. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, adding water (I used my bean water for the healthy benefits) as needed to get the right consistency. Heat through on stove or you can use a slow cooker if you choose. Top with cheese or add to rice or a baked potato (both not accounted for in nutritional information) for a complete meal.
