2 cups sliced peaches 1 cup blueberries 1 cup sliced mango 1 cup cherries pitted1/2 cup maple syrup 1 cup rolled oats (I used sugarfree)1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup margerine (I used Brummel and brown)1/4 cup brown sugar ( or any sweetener, I used splenda brown sugar blend)1 tsp cinnamon sprinkle of salt 1 tsp nutmeg extra virgin coconut oil (for coating the pan, can use anything)
preheat oven to 350.
Combine all fruit into a greased dish.
pour maple syrup evenly over fruit
In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix lightly to incorporate.
cut in Brummel and brown and pour over fruit.
Bake for about 60 minutes or until all bubbly and the top is golden brown. If using frozen fruit increase baking times, or thaw it out prior to using.
Serving Size: makes about 5 1 cup servings (maybee a little more)
