Whole Wheat Dark Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1 c. Fleischmann olive oil spread1/2 c. brown sugar1.2 c. sugar2 large eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 c oatmeal1 1/2 c (14 oz.) dark chocolate chips2/4 c chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a med bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture, followed by oatmeal, chocolate chips, and walnuts
Drop by level cookie scoop on cookie sheet.
Bake for 11-14 min until cookies are lightly browned around the edges.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1 min, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Size: makes 38 (1/8 c or 1 cookie scoop size) servings
