Kale, Spinach, Celery, Zucchini, Onion, Pepper, Tomatoes, Ginger root, dill weed, chicken broth.
Mince the onion. Add kale, some fresh ginger, and chicken broth. Bring it to boil until the kale is tender. Add celery, spinach, chopped up peppers and tomatoes, and minced zucchini. Complete with water until you have about 3 quarts of soup (2.8 liters). Let it boil for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from stove. Add dill weed.
